Chief of Staff at VC‑backed motorsport startup Track Titan is looking for a Chief of Staff to work with founder Max, former pro simracer and Porsche coach, to help propel our AI‑driven motorsport platform. Your mission Want to revolutionise motorsport with AI coaching, working hand‑in‑hand with a founder who raised $200M+ for three startups? This is your chance to combine your passions for racing and high‑speed startup building. You will support our founder Max with everything that separates a great startup from a good one: fundraising, new strategic explorations, hiring, working with key investors and board, etc. Your day‑to‑day will be as varied as that of a founder, making this role extremely exciting and demanding. Your profile Top‑tier startup experience: you know what good looks like from the inside and you are deeply aware of how a VC‑backed startup differs from other companies. Razor‑sharp and highly quantitative: You can demonstrate this through university degree, MBB consulting, technical side‑projects or other evidence – what matters is that you are smart and ultra‑quick to learn. Highly resilient: You will work directly with an intense founder who has built three VC‑backed startups from day zero to post Series A/B. The founder‑level exposure comes with founder‑level pressure, so you must thrive in early‑stage volatility. Understanding of the venture ecosystem: You read and listen to the latest tech startup news, funding rounds and technology trends. Ownership: You take care of things without needing much direction, caring deeply about the quality and pace of your work and that of others around you. Racing knowledge and passion: You are more than a “Drive to Survive” fan; you understand the breadth of motorsport beyond F1 and can spot detailed track information instantly.
