Team Autosmart You will: Be the voice of the customer and help shape the customer service strategy and vision Motivate, lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service to the agreed KPIs Coach, guide and develop your team through SMART objectives and PDPs Implement new processes and drive change through projects to improve the customer experience Work cross functionally with colleagues to achieve business objectives What you will bring: Native‑level fluency in French (C1‑C2) and German (B2‑C2) A passion for customer service and hitting the SLAs An inspirational and motivational leadership style Degree level qualification or equivalent in leadership Project management and excellent organisational skills What we can offer you: Salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience.
