Senior Recruitment Consultant - Business Intelligence @Harnham Job Title: BI Manager Location: London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office) Industry: Retail We are working with a leading retail company in London to recruit a BI Manager who will report directly to the Head of Data. This role will lead the BI function, manage a team of BI Developers, and drive high-quality reporting and analytics across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BI Developers. Oversee the design and delivery of BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Ensure best practices in data modelling, reporting, and BI processes. Support the Head of Data in shaping and evolving the BI strategy. Skills & Experience Required Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, and DAX. Proven background in managing BI Developers or similar technical teams. Solid understanding of data modelling, BI architecture, and reporting best practice.
