Power BI Manager at Fundacion Nuestros Hijos Reports To: Head of Enterprise Analytics Team: Enterprise Analytics Location: Holborn / Hybrid (Inside IR35) The Power BI Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Power BI Developers, overseeing the platform, and developing a suite of Business Intelligence reporting for one of the largest deployments in the world. Working within the Enterprise Analytics team of the Banking Products & Digital function, this role supports colleagues with short‑ and long‑term decision making through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting and general data analysis. The role requires proficiency with data from multiple sources to produce compelling reporting and analysis within Power BI, with a focus on data storytelling techniques. Key Skills Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query Power BI Administration Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or above Excel Snowflake Artificial Intelligence Data Science techniques The wider Power Platform Responsibilities Manage a team of Power BI developers and ensure the analytics stack supports all areas of the bank. Migrate the bank away from an exclusively centralized BI model to a Center of Excellence (CoE) setup. Develop and improve enterprise reporting. Build master data sets that are efficiently modelled and support self‑service BI. Utilise Azure DevOps and ALM pipelines. Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports to a high standard for web and mobile. Operate a control framework to minimise risk across data management, access, and operations. Establish an ownership model for Power BI artifacts and define best practices. Collaborate with leadership and business users to manage and action incoming requests. Implement and adhere to the bank’s Data Policy guidelines. Nurture the Power BI community to encourage usage, self‑service, and self‑support. Essential Qualifications Certified in Power BI (PL-300) Degree Level in Computing, Mathematics, or related field (desirable) Business Intelligence/Data related certifications (desirable) Willingness to learn deep data intelligence and analytical techniques. Additional Knowledge Data modelling and visualisation techniques. Data model optimisation. Power BI Tenant Administration. Intermediate Power Pivot/Power Query/Excel proficiency.
