Key Responsibilities Operate a 150t mobile crane to manufacturer specifications and Ainscough safety standards Comply with all road traffic regulations Ensure correct and consistent use of PPE Set, check, and operate the rated capacity limiter and rated capacity indicator Apply safe manual handling techniques, including the use of outrigger pans Use outriggers correctly and ensure they are deployed on level ground Liaise with the Site Manager or Project Manager upon arrival Maintain professional judgement and resist pressure to undertake unsafe operations Interpret and apply information from duty charts, reports, and crane documentation Monitor and respond appropriately to wind and other climatic conditions Take immediate action to avoid dangerous situations, including stopping operations when required Safely access and exit the crane using ladders and grab rails Undertake training on specific crane models; maintain familiarity with rigging, maintenance procedures, and documentation Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement Person Specification Essential Qualifications & Experience Full UK Drivers Licence HGV Class C Licence In-date Blue CPCS card with Mobile Crane Operator authorisation Proven experience operating large mobile cranes, ideally up to 150t Strong understanding of the impact of wind and climatic conditions on crane operations Working knowledge of road traffic regulations Skills & Abilities Demonstrates safe working practices Provides a professional, friendly, and helpful service to Ainscough customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
