Our Vision: Changing Lives through Education Overview The role involves maintaining, installing, and refurbishing fabric and equipment across the GBS UK estates portfolio. The post holder will monitor the condition of GBS buildings, undertake repairs and renovations, and assist Estates and Facilities in planning refurbishment projects. Travel to other GBS UK campuses may be required, and flexible working is expected to accommodate business operations. The role is a 40-hour week, covering campus operating hours from Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 9:30pm, with occasional out-of-hours work to minimise disruption and ensure timely maintenance completion.
