Reward & People Analytics Partner As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Reward & People Analytics Partner to join our team. As a Reward & People Analytics Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across the People Team, Finance and the wider business to provide insights, deliver projects and manage cyclical reward activities. You will also help to shape policies, reward strategy and workforce planning to help us continue to evolve our capabilities around reward and people data. What you’ll be doing This role is an exciting opportunity to work across all aspects of the People Team, partnering closely with Business Partners, Organisational Development and Talent Acquisition to enable data‑led decision making across all aspects of the employee journey and to leverage people data as a strategic driver of the company. Key responsibilities Administer cyclical reward processes such as the annual salary review and partner with other teams to support on related processes such as performance mapping or holiday purchasing. Support reward decisions across the business with appropriate benchmarking and judgement, ensuring our pay is fair and aligned with business needs. Provide the wider People Team with dashboard and analytics support to help piece together a coherent story around our people data. Own key reporting around our people, such as reporting on our people to leadership or analysing Rightmove’s gender pay gap. Take ownership of workforce planning, allowing us to report accurately on our workforce in real time and providing insights into the future. Partner closely with our brokers and Finance team to ensure our benefits remain competitive, impactful and cost‑effective. Who you are You will be a strong analytical thinker who is confident in tackling ambiguous challenges. You will also have strong story‑telling skills and be able to turn data and statistics into genuine insights. You will have good commercial awareness, and you will be able to balance principle‑based arguments with pragmatic, commercial decision making. You will be someone who embraces working independently, but also someone who partners well with colleagues across the business to deliver projects. You will be able to operate in an unstructured and fast‑paced environment. We often work on projects outside of our day‑to‑day responsibilities to support the wider team, so it is important that you are resilient and able to filter out noise to understand where the highest priorities lay. Strong Excel skills are required, along with experience of working with internal people systems (e.g., HRIS and ATS). What’s in it for you People are the foundation of Rightmove – we’ll help you build a career on it. Competitive compensation package. Cash plan for dental, optical, and physio treatments. Private Medical Insurance, Pension and Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan. 27 days holiday plus two (paid) volunteering days a year to give back, and holiday buy schemes. Hybrid working pattern with 2 days in the office. Contributory stakeholder pension. Life assurance at 4x your basic salary to a spouse, family member or another nominated person in your life. Paid leave for maternity, paternity, adoption, and fertility. Travel Loan, Bike to Work scheme, Rental Deposit Loan. Charitable contributions through Payroll Giving and donation matching. Access deals and discounts on things like travel, electronics, fashion, gym memberships, cinema discounts, and move. Still not sure? We want to be part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace for all. We’re excited to hear about your experience as well as how you will contribute to our overall culture. So, even if you feel like you don’t meet all the requirements, we would still really like to hear from you About Rightmove Our vision is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. We aim to make moving simpler, by giving everyone the best place to turn to and return to for access to the tools, expertise, trust, and belief to make it happen. We’re home to the UK’s largest choice of properties and are the go‑to destination for millions of people planning their next move, reading the latest industry news, or just browsing what’s on the market. Despite this growth, we’ve remained a friendly, supportive place to work with employee #1 still working here We’ve done this by placing the Rightmove How’s at the heart of everything we do. These are the essential values that reflect our culture and include: We create value – by delivering results and building trust with partners and consumers. We think bigger – by acting with curiosity and setting bold aspirations. We care deeply – by being real, having fun, and valuing diversity. We move together – by being one team – internally collaborative, externally competitive. We make a difference – by focusing on delivering measurable impact. We believe in careers that open doors and help our team develop by providing an open and inclusive work environment, offering ongoing training opportunities, and supporting charity fundraising events. And with 88% of Rightmovers saying we’re a great place to work, we’re clearly doing something right If all of this has caught your eye, you may well be a Rightmover in the making _______ As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Rightmove will never discriminate based on age, disability, sex, race, religion or belief, gender reassignment, marriage / civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity or sexual orientation. At Rightmove, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce leads to better innovation, productivity, and overall success.
