Electrical Production Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Engineer with an electronics/test bias to join our team. In this position, they will support operations, designing and producing test equipment for in-process sub-assembly testing and LRU/RMA Testing, and writing test plans for these activities. They will also provide technical support to the Operations department to improve processes and resolve technical issues.Key Responsibilities:Interface between Engineering and Production teams from a test perspective, helping determine in-process testing required during production to improve build quality and reduce rework time.Provide electrical and test support to effectively address engineering production problems, minimizing delays.Design and develop test equipment, assist in procurement of equipment, jigs, and fixtures.Develop test plans and procedures, and coordinate production engineering processes to ensure high-quality products that meet customer requirements.Support Engineering with implementation of Change Requests (CRs).Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance capacity, quality, and reliability, supporting Continuous Improvement activities.
