With new investment, you will own the product roadmap and be key to unlocking significant commercial value, including boosting marketing ROI and increasing customer conversion. You will be a core owner, helping us shape our data future and give our best. How You Embrace Curiosity Daily You take full ownership of the product roadmap and influence the wider data product strategy You define the roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with business goals and commercial outcomes You champion robust product discovery processes, using insight to prioritise a value-driven backlog You connect industry and market trends to draw external perspective into the organisation You lead high-level strategy discussions and influence the wider product domain You define and improve the product development process within your team You establish strong alignment between product strategies and customer problems How You Make Your Mark You unlock significant commercial value through the successful execution of data initiatives You act as the go-to person for competitor and external industry insight You foster innovation by leading cross-functional teams and breaking down silos across departments You build trust with stakeholders, ensuring active support for the product vision and objectives You set a clear vision, make timely data-based decisions, and hold yourself and others accountable You ensure your team and domain become a high-performing function that delivers consistent value What You Bring To The Team Extensive experience building platform products in a medium or large business Proven success supporting an organisation in maturing its data platform A demonstrable history of unlocking commercial value through data initiatives Excellent stakeholder management experience, using strong communication and persuasion skills Deep curiosity about your product area and a strong understanding of company strategy Mastery of research methodologies or strong statistical knowledge, focused on quality control What Sets You Apart Experience working with data warehouse technology, BI, or data governance Deep experience within a specific business domain like marketing or manufacturing analytics Any formal qualifications in a relevant field Storio Group is an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and fostering an inclusive environment.
