Key Responsibilities Ownership: Completely owning the vision, strategy and implementation of your team’s products and features from inception to production Technical leadership: Having technical discussions with engineers regarding requirements, system design, etc. Design leadership: Working closely with designers to define the user journey and create exceptional user experiences Stakeholder engagement: Engaging in requirements gathering sessions, producing professional documentation and communicating with senior external and internal stakeholders Customer advocacy: Being a customer champion who understands end-user problems, customer needs, competitive and market trends for your products Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with a high-growth fintech company in banking/finance-related business areas Excellent problem-solving abilities Outstanding client-facing interpersonal skills in written and oral communication Proven experience with developing, launching and scaling products Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders to establish clear roadmaps and deliver on them Ability to deliver under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
