From London to Silicon Valley, we blend brand, design, and innovation to craft experiences that matter. Our team thrives at the intersection of creativity and code, curious minds, adaptive thinkers, and kick‑ass doers who turn ideas into impact. We partner with some of the world’s most exciting brands in automotive, technology, and finance, pushing boundaries with every brief and proving that creativity and technology are better together. The Role We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to help keep our fast‑moving studio running with precision and fluidity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and the satisfaction of seeing a plan come together. You’ll be the heartbeat of delivery, coordinating across design, development, and strategy teams to keep projects moving smoothly, while keeping clients informed and confident at every step. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from scoping and scheduling to QA and launch. Plan and track timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones across multiple concurrent projects. Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes, technical requirements, and success criteria. Support the Account Director and Account Managers in maintaining strong client communication. Translate briefs into actionable plans, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed. Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and maintain calm under pressure. Ensure all deliverables meet Beep’s creative, technical, and quality standards. Lead daily stand‑ups and progress updates to keep everyone aligned and accountable. Contribute to process improvements and help refine our operational workflows. Track performance and profitability, ensuring commercial and creative balance on every project. Skills & Experience 3+ years’ experience managing digital or creative projects within an agency or studio environment. Proven track record of delivering website, platform, or digital campaign projects on time and within budget. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage competing priorities with precision. Strong communicator who can clearly bridge between technical and creative teams. Confident using tools such as Jira, Slack, Google Workspace and other project management platforms. Understanding of web and digital production workflows, from design through to development and QA. Comfortable managing project documentation, budgets, scopes, and schedules. Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and problem‑solving. Collaborative, approachable, and positive, a true team player who keeps things moving. Other Superpowers You’re human‑first: approachable, supportive, and great at bringing people together. You’re adaptive: you can pivot quickly and thrive under pressure. You’re curious: you love learning how things work and finding better ways to do them. You’re kick‑ass: you get things done, and you do them brilliantly. Nerds with Benefits Be in control of your working hours with Flexi‑Friday™ 28 days holiday plus studio closure at Christmas Pension plan, sick pay, and strong remuneration package Kit: MacBook Pro, magic mouse and keyboard Pizza, coffee, and other goodies on the house Regular team socials, events, and quarterly all‑hands sessions This role is perfect for… …a natural organiser who thrives in the buzz of a busy digital studio. You’ll love turning chaos into clarity, guiding creative and technical teams to deliver exceptional work for global brands.
