Project Controls Manager - Rail Affordable Houses Ltd. invites applications for the Project Controls Manager – Rail role. The company is dedicated to sustainability, innovation and delivering world‑class transportation, energy and built environment projects. Location & Working Conditions Based in London, United Kingdom. The role requires 2 days per week on‑site work with clients. Key Responsibilities Safety compliance and risk management. Client delivery coordination and stakeholder engagement. Process optimisation and technological implementation. Report building and technical specialist support. Strategic support, team management and utilisation. Competence and training development. Innovation initiatives and quality assurance. Finance and business management oversight. Overall contributions to business plan development and target achievement. Essential Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery (rail preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls (planning, risk management, reporting or information management). Proven track record of delivering major projects within a consultancy environment. Excellent people management, development and business development skills. Strong communication, negotiation and client management abilities. Financial acumen and experience in project budget management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Willingness to travel as required for project assignments. Desired Requirements Degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field. Chartered project manager or membership of a related professional body. Rail sector knowledge.
