OverviewSocial Worker – Children’s Disability Service, North East Lincolnshire Council. This role is part of Children’s Services, focused on high-quality social work practice to make a lasting difference to the lives of children and families.Your RoleAs a Social Worker, you will join a service that is built on pride and passion, and you will work as part of a team to assess needs, create meaningful support plans, and ensure children receive the best possible care. You will be supported by skilled, knowledgeable and caring leaders and managers who value social work practice.What you can expectReal progression opportunities within Social Work practice – North East Lincolnshire Council operates through grades for Social Workers to Advanced Social Worker levelRegular individual and reflective case supervisionA relational approach in all aspects of practiceAccessible and proactive management that creates the conditions for social workers to flourish and make a real difference to people’s livesA highly supportive team and working environmentOfferSalary from ASYE level £36,363 up to £49,282 (depending on experience) plus Essential Car User Allowance.
