We are looking for a proactive and organised manager to lead the production of high-quality assessment materials that support learners and teachers across the UK. As an Assessment Materials Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate production of assessment materials for Cambridge OCR qualifications. Leading a team of up to six administrators, you'll oversee the end-to-end process, from planning and scheduling to quality checks and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and standards maintained. Responsibilities managing the assessment materials production process and reporting on progress. leading and developing your team, providing coaching and support to help them succeed. collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and keep materials on track. driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes and systems. acting as a subject matter expert and supporting change initiatives. You’re an experienced people manager with a proactive, can‑do attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while supporting your team to succeed. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with assessment material production processes or CCMS would be an advantage.
