What you’ll do Being a Multiskilled Engineer is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be: Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on plant equipment to improve reliability and minimise downtime. Performing machine adjustments and changeovers to support production line efficiency. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, planning corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with safety and food standards. Collaborating with production teams and third‑party suppliers to optimise processes and maintain service levels. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and providing technical expertise to enhance productivity. Who you are NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with strong mechanical knowledge. Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including conveyors, motors, and packing equipment. Experienced in automation/PLC systems and continuous improvement methodologies. A proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a hands‑on approach. Where you’ll work Our Roastery team works flexibly, blending home working with on‑site presence when needed. You’ll be based at our production site, ensuring our coffee keeps flowing to millions of customers worldwide.
