What you'll do

Being a
Multiskilled Engineer
is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success – which means you'll be:

  • Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on plant equipment to improve reliability and minimise downtime.
  • Performing machine adjustments and changeovers to support production line efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, planning corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with safety and food standards.
  • Collaborating with production teams and third-party suppliers to optimise processes and maintain service levels.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and providing technical expertise to enhance productivity.

Who you are

It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with strong mechanical knowledge.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including conveyors, motors, and packing equipment.
  • Experienced in automation/PLC systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • A proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.

Where you'll work

Our Roastery team works flexibly, blending home working with on-site presence when needed. You'll be based at our production site, ensuring our coffee keeps flowing to millions of customers worldwide.
