You will design, deliver, and assess Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership and Management apprenticeship programmes, creating engaging curricula with robust lesson plans that lead to inspiring learner experiences and success.Together with the Head of Apprenticeship Academy, you will implement a robust assessment strategy, taking part in activities such as standardisation, quality assurance, and CPD opportunities.Essential CriteriaPrior experience delivering Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership and Management apprenticeships with a proven track record of achievement.A relevant teaching and assessing qualification (minimum Level 3) and either a quality assurance qualification or willingness to work towards one.Significant experience in curriculum design and delivery of apprenticeship programmes, including on‑the‑job learning, tri‑partite review processes, and end‑point assessment.The Role Will InvolveA mix of working from home and delivering training (online or in‑person), requiring frequent travel to various sites around the UK. You’ll spend at least one day a week at our Derby Training Centre delivering training or engaging in wider‑team activities.More About YouYou’ll have excellent training and facilitation skills, with the ability to provide feedback and coaching to senior management to drive apprenticeship programme completion and outstanding results. You’ll be able to design curricula that deliver the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship standard while adding value to drive high performance. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with organisational and prioritisation abilities, are essential. You’ll support and mentor inexperienced team members, helping them become first‑class tutors.
