Join a community that cares about youMore about your roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed training Academy within the business - PfP Thrive - and become a Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Tutor. As part of your role, you will design, delivery and assess level 3 and level 5 Leadership and Management apprenticeship programmes. You’ll be adept at creating engaging curriculums with robust lesson plans that lead to an inspiring learner experience and ultimately learner success.Together with the Head of Apprenticeship Academy, you’ll implement a robust assessment strategy, taking part in activities such as standardisation, quality assurance and CPD opportunities.The essential criteria is listed belowMust have prior experience of successfully delivering level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management apprenticeships with a proven track record of achievementMust have a relevant teaching and assessing qualification (minimum level 3) and either has or is willing to work towards a quality assurance qualificationMust have significant experience in curriculum design and delivery of apprenticeship programmes including on and off the job learning requirements, tri‑partite review processes, end point assessment.The role will involve a mix of working from home and then delivering training (online or in‑person) and so will require frequent travel to various sites around the UK.
