The network includes around 800 structures and five tunnels, requiring high levels of performance, constant improvement, and repairs to keep it operating smoothly. We have formed a Joint Venture project called Connect Plus Services (CPS) to work with our partners to widen, operate, and maintain the M25 under a 30‑year contract. We are looking for a Project Manager to look after M25 Highways schemes on behalf of the client (Connect Plus/National Highways) – renewal and/or improvement projects from design inception to close‑out across a range of construction project types, including structures, tunnels, highways, and technology across the M25 network. Commission and manage internal and external resources in terms of quality, budget, and programme. Lead on gateways and collaborative cost reviews with the client and project team. Adhere to and apply project governance procedures, including leading virtual and in‑person presentations with supporting documentation to pass through project gateways. Provide routine reporting on project schedule, progress, risk, and commercial status internally and to the client. Engage in the Collaborative M25 Community, including Balance Scorecards, forums, and workshops as required. Support the delivery of the business sustainability activities and business plan objectives. Live the Connect Plus values. Travel required to CPS/supplier offices on the M25 network, three days a week. Periodic site visits required. Full driving license required.
