Person Specification Essential Qualifications The applicant must have achieved a primary medical qualification recognised by the GMC and have current Full Registration with the GMC. MRCP UK or equivalent. Desirable Qualification Research experience. Essential Clinical Knowledge & Skills Understanding of GMC's Good Medical Practice (2006) including good clinical care, maintaining good medical practice, teaching and training, appraising and assessing, relationships with patients and colleagues, and probity and health. Desirable Clinical Knowledge & Skills Current ALS certification. Essential Language & Communication Skills Demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking in English, as set out in paragraph 22 of the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2006).
