We are currently recruiting for this position, based in London, UK.The Senior Manager, Technical & Content Operations will lead Hasbro Entertainment’s global content delivery, asset management, and technical infrastructure functions.Based in: Capper Street, UK, LondonHybrid working: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in the office, flexible Mondays and Fridays.This position requires both a deep technological background as well as very strong partnership skills to oversee the full lifecycle of content and stakeholders involved – from master creation to delivery across linear broadcast, SVOD, AVOD, and FAST platforms and partners – ensuring operational excellence, commercial efficiency, technical innovation, and stakeholder management.The role will drive global transformation of Hasbro Entertainment’s media supply chain, leading cross‑functional teams and strategic partners to deliver scalable, data‑driven, and cost‑optimized operations supporting all content pipelines worldwide.The successful candidate will be strategic, commercially minded, technical, and operationally excellent, with global oversight and responsibility for future‑proofing Hasbro Entertainment’s content operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSet the global strategy and roadmap for Hasbro Entertainment’s Technical and Content Operations division, aligning with the company’s commercial, creative, and distribution goals.Develop and embed a unified operational framework that elevates how delivery operations, vendor management, technical solutions, and digital supply chain functions collaborate – serving as the senior conduit across internal departments (Production, Sales, IT, and Research) and external technology partners to drive operational excellence and seamless content execution for new and catalog titles.Define operational KPIs and deliver against key pillars of delivery performance, automation, cost efficiency, partner satisfaction, and digital transformation.Represent Hasbro Entertainment in partner negotiations, RFP processes, and technical consortia with external global distribution partners.Operational Strategy & LeadershipOwn the end‑to‑end content supply chain, from ingestion to partner delivery, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and scalability.Lead modernization of Hasbro’s global content operations infrastructure, including media asset management, metadata, localization, and delivery systems.Architect and implement new workflows and cloud‑based tools to support omnichannel content delivery across SVOD, AVOD, FAST, and linear broadcast partners.Partner with Finance and Leadership teams to establish technical operations KPIs tied to revenue realization, delivery speeds, and cost per asset delivered.Vendor ManagementOversee primary vendor relationships for asset delivery to global networks and digital partners, as well as channel playout (e.g., FAST).Negotiate commercial and technical terms to optimize cost structures while ensuring service reliability and innovation from third‑party partners.Evaluate, select, and onboard new vendors and technology partners through rigorous RFI/RFP processes that align with Hasbro’s technical and operational standards.Build long‑term partnerships that future‑proof Hasbro’s ability to distribute content seamlessly worldwide as market demands evolve.Automation, Innovation & TransformationLead digital transformation initiatives to automate manual workflows in transcoding, localization, metadata enrichment, quality control, and delivery.Champion integration of emerging technologies like AI‑powered media workflows, predictive analytics, and automated rights tracking to enhance operational throughput and accuracy.Establish standardized global data and reporting ecosystems, ensuring transparency in cost performance, SLA compliance, and partner delivery metrics.Continuously assess and adopt new delivery technologies and cloud solutions to enhance scalability and reduce turnaround time across territories.Commercial & Budget AccountabilityOwn the operational budget for content delivery, digital workflows, and technical infrastructure, ensuring cost optimization across vendors and service lines.Negotiate and manage all vendor contracts, optimizing annual spend and implementing cost‑saving initiatives that drive measurable ROI.Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team (Content Sales & Digital Sales) to validate deal structures, delivery costs, and technical requirements in support of revenue growth.Governance, Compliance & QualityEstablish global technical delivery standards and ensure all content meets QC, metadata, and compliance criteria of each partner network and platform.Maintain robust operational governance frameworks around data security, rights management, localization policy, and accessibility requirements.Oversee all documentation of workflows, specifications, and technical architecture critical to partner integrations and regulatory compliance.Cross‑Functional CollaborationAct as the connective hub across Production, Sales, Research, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to align technical delivery with creative and commercial goals.Represent the operations function in executive discussions, presenting performance insights, risk mitigation strategies, and innovation roadmaps to senior leadership.Key Team & Leadership OutcomesBuild and scale a best‑in‑class operations, delivery, and partnerships function combining technical expertise with creative problem‑solving.Create a high‑performance culture driven by accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.Foster strong technical relationships across global distributors, broadcasters, and streaming platforms to guarantee seamless partner experiences.Experience & Qualifications10+ years’ experience in technical operations, digital supply chain, or technical delivery.Proven track record in global media distribution companies and content distribution, and partnerships roles.Expertise in SVOD, AVOD, FAST, and linear broadcast delivery workflows, including system integration and multi‑language versioning.Strong commercial acumen in contract negotiation, cost management, and vendor performance optimization.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in media technology, operations management, or related technical discipline.We Play to Win
