Key Responsibilities Lead multi‑disciplinary teams in delivering technical excellence across ambitious live productions. Design and integrate creative lighting systems into complex event environments. Take ownership of key projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with our core values of creativity, passion, and excellence. Engage with a broad mix of clients, translating objectives into commercially sound, creatively driven solutions. Guide teams and projects with clarity and purpose, coordinating departments, delegating effectively, and maintaining open communication. Mentor colleagues, nurture emerging talent, and uphold rigorous technical standards for flawless execution. Build strong relationships, manage resources wisely, and identify growth opportunities. Typical Workday (Sample Tasks) Maintain excellent client communications in person and remotely to build relationships and confidence. Receive and analyze client briefs, asking detailed questions. Respond to brief with considered questions, suggestions, and professional wisdom. Collaborate with teammates to develop responses, leveraging others' technical excellence and growing their skills. Produce accurate, well‑thought‑out quotations and proposals that address client pain points effectively. Work with clients to fine‑tune briefs, ensuring world‑class results. Lead and motivate technical teams across multiple projects. Produce equipment specifications and technical documentation. Lead onsite delivery, coordinating multiple technical departments. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. Adapt swiftly to changing requirements.
