OverviewShift LeaderSalary: £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 per month car allowanceLocation: ColchesterNote: Access to wages from 3-7 days after shift completion. Holiday Pay.As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client\'s sites. The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.DaysDays: Monday - Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern and there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required)Hours of WorkEvening/Night shifts.BenefitsColleagues will be offered a benefit called Stream, which enables colleagues to track, save and access up to 50% of their wages prior to pay day.
