What you’ll be doing Spearhead the graduate attraction strategy across London & Birmingham Run the full Graduate Operations Programme from outreach to placement Build powerful relationships with universities, societies, and early‑career networks Represent Angela Mortimer as the employer of choice for top graduate talent Deliver inspiring training, onboarding, and development experiences Partner with Divisional Leaders to ensure every hire supports long‑term growth Continuously elevate the graduate journey to maintain the gold‑standard AM experience Who thrives in this role You’re the kind of person who lights up a room.
