From resolving incidents and performing root cause analysis to managing change requests and supporting compliance, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ environments running smoothly.What you’ll doManage and resolve network incidents and service calls to meet SLA targetsIncrease First Time Fix rates and reduce escalationsMonitor call queues and follow up with specialist teamsSupport technical escalations and assist team membersEnsure accurate documentation and incident recordsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to service improvementsUse monitoring tools to track and resolve incidentsSupport compliance, patching, and vulnerability managementLiaise with 3rd Line teams to drive service enhancementsDeliver small project work to customer timelinesWhat you’ll needWe’re looking for a team player with a passion for resolving technical problems and the ability to work independently. You’ll need:Experience in a 2nd Line Network Support roleStrong knowledge of Cisco technologies (LAN/WAN)Eligibility for SC ClearanceFamiliarity with firewalls, load balancers, and switchesExperience with technologies such as: Cisco, HP, Fortinet, Aruba, Palo Alto, Juniper, Checkpoint, NSX-T Cloud Networking, Azure Cloud NetworkingRaritan Smart Lockers, ServiceNowAbout usComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 20,000 employees worldwide.
