Greater London, United Kingdom Snap Inc. Full time

Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. The Company’s three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world; Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and its AR glasses, Spectacles. We’re seeking a strategic and data‑driven Account Manager with hands‑on experience managing app advertisers and in‑app funnel campaigns. In this role, you will partner with leading app‑based businesses to develop, execute, and optimize advertising strategies that deliver measurable results — from installs to in‑app conversions and retention. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams across sales, product, and marketing science to build scalable growth strategies that drive real business impact. You will be Snap’s go‑to expert for this vertical, acting as a portfolio owner to build a new cohort of app‑first clients. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and network to drive significant new revenue growth. This role requires a passion for gaming, a profound understanding of user acquisition, and a proven ability to close complex deals. What you’ll do: Manage and grow relationships with key app advertisers, focusing on driving lower‑funnel outcomes such as installs, registrations, purchases, and ROAS. Develop and execute in‑app funnel optimization strategies to improve performance across acquisition and re‑engagement campaigns. Partner with clients to identify opportunities for scaling and optimization using Snap’s performance solutions including Dynamic Ads, tCPA, Max Bid, and Conversions API (CAPI). Analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend data‑backed strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Creative Strategy, Marketing Science) to deliver full‑funnel solutions that align with client business goals. Provide consultative guidance on event mapping, attribution tracking, and measurement frameworks (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, SKAN). Proactively share best practices and creative optimization recommendations to maximize performance efficiency and client satisfaction. Lead QBRs and performance reviews to showcase results and strategic opportunities for growth What We’re Looking For: 3–4 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or account management, with a focus on mobile apps or in‑app performance campaigns. Strong understanding of the in‑app conversion funnel and how to optimize toward key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and retention. Proven success managing user acquisition and re‑engagement campaigns for app advertisers across different verticals (e.g., gaming, e‑commerce, fintech). Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and familiarity with SKAN, CAPI, and signal optimization frameworks. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategic recommendations. Excellent communication, client relationship management, and presentation skills. Collaborative and proactive approach — comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Passion for digital innovation, mobile ecosystems, and data‑driven performance marketing. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong understanding of the in‑app advertising ecosystem, including user acquisition, re‑engagement, and monetization strategies across mobile platforms. Proven experience managing full‑funnel app campaigns, optimizing toward key performance metrics such as installs, registrations, purchases, ROAS, and LTV. Highly analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts in a clear, strategic, and solution‑oriented manner. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for mobile marketing, app growth, and innovation, with a continuous learning approach to new tools, trends, and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) for campaign analysis and reporting. Experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and in‑app marketing, ad‑tech, programmatic in real‑time bidding marketplaces, or a related field. Proven experience taking complex data and evaluating success metrics to create data stories that drive campaign performance If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information.
