You will lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Advisors, oversee the full sales journey, and ensure every prospective resident and their family feels informed, supported, and inspired. The Role: Leadership & Team Management Leading, coaching, and mentoring Sales Managers across all villages within the assigned region (North or South) Conducting regular competency framework assessments for all sales team members, identifying strengths and development needs Developing and embedding best practice sales processes in line with “The Inspired Way” Ensuring effective onboarding, induction, and playbook training for all sales teams within the region Championing the proactive use of key sales and marketing systems and tools, including COINS and Sherpa Implementing regular training programmes to improve competency framework scores across the region Setting clear objectives and conducting personal development reviews for Sales Managers in line with company processes Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of Sales Managers and their teams Sales Strategy & Performance Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve targets, including a minimum of three sales per village per month Overseeing new sales and resale activity, ensuring all opportunities are maximised Monitoring sales pipelines and intervening proactively to address underperformance or emerging challenges Collaborating with Marketing and Operations to create and execute tailored sales and marketing plans and budgets for each village Partnering with Central Marketing to drive high-quality lead generation Working with Sales Managers to develop plans for stock plots and optimise part exchange and home visit initiatives Reporting & Analysis Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance, trends, and progress against regional targets Analysing sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Commercial Director and other key stakeholders Compliance & Best Practice Ensuring all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies Collaborating with Sales Operations and Commercial Management to define, refine, and share best practices across the region Customer Experience & Brand Enhancement Championing the Inspired Villages proposition, ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process Acting as an ambassador for the company’s mission and values, fostering a positive and inclusive culture within the sales teams Collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance the reputation and reach of Inspired Villages in the retirement sector Attending sales and marketing events within the region as needed to drive quality lead generation Key Requirements Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the retirement, property, estate agency, or housebuilding sectors Track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams across multiple locations Experience in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, covering both new sales and resales Demonstrated ability to implement competency frameworks and deliver effective training, coaching, and development for sales teams Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, using data to drive performance, insights, and strategic decisions Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders The Benefits: Annual leave: 33 days including bank holidays, pro-rated to your contracted hours Holiday flexibility: Holiday buying scheme to purchase up to an additional week of leave Special time off: Big birthdays off for milestone birthdays ending in a 0 Health and wellbeing: Bupa Health Cash Plan, including Employee Assistance Program, and Life Assurance at 4× your annual salary Retirement planning: 5% matched pension scheme Technology and tools: Access to SMART tech to support your role Perks and discounts: Retail discounts across a wide range of outlets Wellbeing support: Access to a wellbeing hub and resources, including discounts on wellbeing interventions Sustainable travel options: Cycle to Work scheme and Electric Car scheme Workspace and flexibility: Work in an inspiring environment with a gym, social areas, and parking, with the option of hybrid working At Inspired Villages, we invite everyone, regardless of background, to join our thriving community.
