OverviewA dynamic, forward-thinking construction consultancy with five UK offices is looking for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on flagship London-based projects and help drive the growth of their expanding QS team. This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step into a leadership-focused role within a progressive, medium-sized consultancy making bold moves in the market. Based in Farringdon, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a diverse portfolio, managing projects from feasibility through to final account. You will act as the commercial lead on schemes including high-end residential (private developers), mixed-use developments, commercial office refurbishments, education and schools, and façade and recladding projects. You’ll be joining a 27-strong London team, including a close-knit group of 3 Quantity Surveyors, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
