Senior Quantity Surveyor - London A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Central London, near Bank station and will be offered hybrid working. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a modern consultancy aiming to grow their Quantity Surveying team, currently consisting of 20 Quantity Surveyors in London. Their main focus is Commercial and Healthcare projects, but the Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on Private and Public Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, Residential and Educational projects. The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for leading projects, developing junior staff, and will have a clear progression pathway within the company. Key responsibilities include: Produce cost plans and advise on cost options.Prepare tender documents.Contract administration and Employer's Agent service.Negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations, and final accounts. Qualifications and experience: BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree.MRICS or currently working towards MRICS.Experience within a private practice or consultancy.Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.Excellent attitude and team player.Capability to mentor junior colleagues. In return, the successful candidate will receive: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.Discretionary bonus.RICS membership fees.Professional training and development.5% pension contribution.Private healthcare.Gym membership.CPD, training and career progression.Hybrid working arrangement.Positive work culture.
