Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Integration to lead the planning and delivery activities on all portfolio integrations. As Head of Integration, you provide strategic leadership and oversight to the Integration Team, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects aligned with the group’s growth and acquisition strategy. The role is responsible for driving operational integration, managing acquisitions (including due diligence), consulting with senior stakeholders, and leading the integration team to deliver high-impact outcomes. Voyage has significant growth ambitions in the next 5-10 years and this role will be fundamental to delivering the growth agenda. You will support all forms of growth, while ensuring that such growth is delivered responsibly and sustainably. Voyage Care provides specialist support and care for people with learning disabilities, autism, head and spinal injuries and other complex conditions, in residential, supported living and outreach services across the UK. We have over 30 years’ experience of specialist care and support. Our passionate 11,000+ staff support 3,500+ vulnerable adults and children. The role will be Hybrid working with some travel to Group Support in Lichfield. Responsibilities Mentor and develop the Integration team, ensuring high performance and professional development. Allocate incoming projects to Ops Integration Managers based on expertise and workload. Oversee the operational integration of newly acquired businesses, including due diligence, risk identification, planning, and implementation. Act as a senior liaison between Integration, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and other key stakeholders across the organisation. Liaise with the tendering team to develop bespoke mobilisation plans for tender submissions. Identify post-integration improvement opportunities to maximise value creation from acquired entities. Role Specific Requirements Experience in health or social care sector PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management qualification, and a proven track record in managing complex operational projects or integrations at a senior level Proven senior level experience in leading and delivering successful mergers and acquisition projects. Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams Ability to operate under pressure and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior/executive level Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills In-depth knowledge of due diligence and post-merger integration practices Working towards other project management qualifications to further professional development Commercial finance knowledge and experience in the M&A area Well-developed written, presentational and verbal communication skills Aptitude for building relationships with peers and external stakeholders to resolve issues collaboratively and with best intentions Willingness to work with a hybrid approach, attending the office as required A commitment to the consistent delivery of high-quality advice Benefits Car allowance Company Bonus Pension scheme and life assurance policy – offering security for you and your loved ones.
