We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Head of Warehousing and Logistics to join a busy, independent business based in Stoke-on-Trent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee UK warehousing/distribution operation including 3rd party freight providers
- Manage opening & ongoing performance of a new 2nd warehouse.
- Manage & develop packaging supply base & optimise inventory holdings to support business needs
- Review current status & recommend future models to support the USA business
- Develop necessary processes to underpin supplying our new & growing Far East markets
- Oversee weekly/monthly despatch planning process and its integration with monthly invoice forecasting
- Review options to modernise product inventory planning and the knock-on effect to factory production planning processes
- Develop capacity/resource plans to support growth strategy to double turnover in next 3 years.

Report to Finance & Operations Director

Salary 45k per annum plus Bonus
