OverviewRetail Stocktaking Team Leader – EastbourneSalary: £13.78 per hour (includes holiday pay; £12.30 base + £1.48 holiday pay). Car allowance: £290 per month. Location: Eastbourne.About the roleAs a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services on client sites. Shifts vary and you will travel to different client sites; occasional overnight stays may be required. You will work Monday–Sunday with up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern and evening/night shifts.ResponsibilitiesEnsure correct procedures and processes are followedDeliver exceptional customer service on all sitesComplete stock counts accurately and within the given time frameMonitor and improve team productivity where possibleQualificationsA Full Driving LicenseOutstanding customer service skillsEffective communication with all levels of personnelBasic IT skillsAbility to remain focused under pressureManage time effectively and work without immediate supervisionWillingness and ability to travelBenefitsWagestream access to track, save and access up to 50% of wages prior to pay dayFull-time/permanent salaries availableExpenses paidOngoing trainingProgression opportunitiesPaid holidayOverseas opportunitiesAdditional notesProlonged standing and use of step stools and ladders; some sites are warehouses or large retail premisesRole involves unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts; must be 18+Full training in our systems and client procedures will be provided.
