OverviewRetail Stocktaking Team Leader - Eastbourne - £30,700* P.A at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd. Salary up to £30,700 (plus £290 per month car allowance). Location: Eastbourne.As a Retail Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites. We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage teams of stock counters to deliver end-to-end stock taking services on client sitesEnsure Correct procedures and processes are followedDeliver exceptional customer service standards on all sitesComplete stock counts accurately and within the given time frameMonitor and improve team productivity where possibleRequirements / QualificationsA Full Driving LicenseOutstanding customer service skillsEffective communication with all levels of personnelBasic IT skillsAbility to remain focused under pressureTime management and ability to work without immediate supervisionWillingness and ability to travelWorking Pattern and BenefitsDays: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)Hours of Work: Evening/Night shiftsCompany carFull-time / permanent salaries availableExpenses paidOngoing trainingProgression opportunitiesPaid holidayAdditional Role DetailsPlease note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock. This role will involve working unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts.
