Job SummaryThis is a key role within the Olivier Awards Production Team in which you will work closely with the Awards General Manager, Awards Associate and Awards Coordinator to help deliver the Olivier Awards 2026 and all associated events.Job DescriptionYou will liaise with production and event contractors (Technical and Production, Accreditation, Catering & Accommodation), theatre producers, the Royal Albert Hall, Westminster Council and selected ceremony guests. You will assist with the delivery of the Olivier Awards Launch Event, Nominees’ Celebration, Green Carpet Event, Ceremony and After Party.Job RequirementsEssential RequirementsExperience working in mid/large scale events and/or theatre production.Confident user of Microsoft Office (including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets and Forms) and Dropbox.Acute attention to detail.Calm and patient attitude.Ability to deal with people diplomatically and effectively.Excellent communication skills.Team player, supportive of others.Positive outlook with willingness to solve problems.Initiative and resilience when dealing with change.Proactive, self‑motivated and flexible approach to work.Can work under pressure while maintaining good humour and diplomacy.Willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary.Ability to see the ‘bigger picture’.Desirable RequirementsExperience coordinating multiple contractors.Knowledge of current West End productions and/or Theatre Producers.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and delivery of all production meetings and site visits.Ensure all meetings are noted and actioned accordingly.Track and execute crew hotel and travel requirements.Help deliver event catering logistics to all staff, crew and freelancers.Assist in planning and delivery of any rehearsals.Assist in the collation and delivery of all accreditation information.Assist in the delivery of the Green Carpet Event plan with Westminster Council and traffic management.Assist in coordinating the delivery of the Green Carpet Event with external contractors.Support the Production Administrator in the delivery of all ticketing and guest information for the ceremony as required.Assist in planning seating arrangements for Performing Companies at the Awards.Contact for more info: jobs@soltukt.co.uk #J-18808-Ljbffr
