Your new role As Lead Commercial Accountant, you'll lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting and delivering commercial insight that shapes the future of the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including locally based external customers, to provide clarity and confidence in financial decision-making. Key responsibilities Own the finance function across the organisation's operations Prepare and present monthly management accounts and board commentary Post month-end journals and conduct P&L reviews Manage budgeting and forecasting processes Deliver commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives Champion financial discussions with key stakeholders What you'll need to succeed A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in management accounting and commercial finance Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly Experience preparing board packs and leading financial discussions Proficiency in financial systems; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus What you'll get in return Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Hybrid working model for better work-life balance Opportunity to lead a finance function and influence strategic decisions A supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise is valued What you need to do now If you're ready to take the next step in your career, click 'apply now' to send us your CV, or contact us today for a confidential discussion about your future.
