You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including locally based external customers, to provide clarity and confidence in financial decision-making.Key responsibilitiesOwn the finance function across the organisation’s operationsPrepare and present monthly management accounts and boardmentaryPost month-end journals and conduct P&L reviewsManage budgeting and forecasting processesDelivermercial analysis to support strategic initiativesChampion financial discussions with key stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeedA recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in management accounting andmercial financeStrong analytical skills and the ability tomunicateplex information clearlyExperience preparing board packs and leading financial discussionsProficiency in financial systems; Oracle Fusion experience is a plusWhat you'll get in returnHybrid working model for better work-life balanceOpportunity to lead a finance function and influence strategic decisionsA supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise is valued
