What the day will look likeEvery day will be different. As you\'ll have overall responsibility for the clients in your portfolio you could be:Lead the Employee Experience relationship for selected Enterprise clients, maximise renewal, new from existing opportunities and the introduction of new solution lines.Lead client directors to ensure a coordinated approach to client management in order to retain and expand the client services for key Aon Employee Experience clients.Maintain and grow revenue for the team from increased renewal and new from existing revenue.Collaborate with leadership of Aon Business Services (ABS), Health & Risk and other Aon key support services to ensure best practice approach is adopted throughout the client lifecycle.Provide leadership in the execution of the 3 x 3 strategy for the Employee Experience business by owning delivery and onboarding of new services, capabilities & ways of working.Responsible for utilising your business network (internal and external) to generate new opportunities for Human Capital and Risk CapitalWork closely with the Human Capital Sales team on all stages of the business development process. Ideally you should have experience in employee benefits, but this does not need to include benefits technology. We would expect you to be able to operate at a senior level with clients and to thrive in a complex deadline driven environment.You should also be able to work in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
