This role offers full visa sponsorship, relocation support, and the chance to work on critical infrastructure projects that shape the future of energy.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering HV transmission line construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.Planning and executing stringing operations, applying various stringing methods and ensuring compliance with safety standards.Coordinating and managing sagging activities, including selecting sag locations, determining sagging sequences, and supervising crews.Overseeing survey work, foundation pegging, and stub setting to ensure accurate site preparation.Supervising tower construction, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards.Working full‑time on‑site, maintaining a strong presence to lead technical delivery and resolve challenges promptly while in the delivery phase of projects (20/8 roster).Collaborating with contractors and stakeholders, leveraging your experience on the contractor side (ideal) and local Australian exposure (preferred).Adapting to rostered schedules and maintaining flexibility to meet project demands.About YouYou’re a highly experienced engineering professional with a proven track record in delivering complex, high‑value transmission line projects. You combine deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, enabling you to manage risk, drive cultural change, and deliver outstanding results in challenging environments.You understand the full lifecycle of infrastructure delivery—from design and procurement through to construction—and have extensive experience managing multiple substantial projects simultaneously.
