Ecolab Pest Division is looking for a Regional Technical Account Manager for the North team who will provide tactical technical support to our Corporate customers at sites with high risk pest activity that exceeds the 2‑week escalation timeframe. The role is designed to significantly improve and drive action planning and communication for these sites. As a key customer‑led associate you will drive account success and provide coaching and guidance to district teams, reducing ‘time to resolution’ and unnecessary capacity. Role Responsibilities Technical lead for specified accounts in the region Escalation point after 14 days as per the escalation process Attendance and planning for escalated sites linked to assigned accounts and EHO challenges Minimum of 3 days per week on sites solutioning, action planning and targeting the SVSP Managing customer relationships in tandem with the CAM or KAM at senior national and local level Quality Coaching Provide feedback and technical coaching to SVSPs during initial review of sites and during execution of action plans Act as a feedback resource for District Managers Track and ensure commitments and action plans have been executed in the field Customer Interaction Manage and deliver escalation calls for assigned customers on a weekly basis, providing in‑depth updates and setting actions Hold customers accountable for actions required to reduce pest activity Develop trusted relationships with contract management and local area management, establishing yourself as a “trusted advisor” Accompany CAM on EBRs and annual reviews Continuous Improvement Report quarterly to the Director of Operations and Regional Manager regarding training needs, observations, and initiatives to drive quality Report regularly and communicate clearly to CAM and Head of Corporate about customer relations, required changes, and partnership improvements What’s in it for you?
