Night Duty Manager Salary: £30,385 + Service Charge (Up to £600 per month) This position is based on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, providing a balanced work schedule. Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Duty Manager role: Oversee and lead the night team, ensuring they deliver high levels of guest service Manage front-of-house operations, including check-ins and check-outs Prepare and submit nightly reports to senior management. Communicate any important occurrences to the day team. Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and security protocols. Monitor the safety and security of the premises About you Proven experience in hospitality operations with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage overnight teams effectively. You will have excellent knowledge of hotel procedures, guest service standards, and health and safety requirements.
