Liaise with and chase internal departments to ensure vehicles are closed out within SLA. Ensure all off-hire documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Review inspection reports for mileage, fuel levels, and general accurate completeness. Verify that all vehicle equipment and accessories are present and accounted for. Assess costs and determine customer chargeback eligibility in line with agreements and specific customer rules. Riase end of hire invoices. Track and escalated outstanding charges as necessary. Produce reporting as required by the business. Prioritise vehicles in line with peak requirements (Sale Days, Billing Days etc). Drive best practice and strive for continuous process improvement. What Do You Need To Be Successful Successful track record in similar administration role. Methodical and process driven, being proactive and action orientated. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy. Work well under pressure especially during peak periods. Excellent numeracy & literacy skills. Good IT skills, including a thorough understanding of Microsoft packages. Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders, with the confidence and ability to challenge others.
