The ANP/ ACP is ahighly skilled healthcare professional who provides clinical consultations andmedication prescriptions remotely to patients via telemedicine platforms, videocalls, or secure online systems.The ANP/ACP mustdemonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, a thorough understanding ofprescribing laws, and the ability to work independently in assessing,diagnosing, and managing patient conditions. This role requires effective communication skills to ensure safe and effective care while maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesClinicalReceiving handover
