We are looking for a Technical Account Consultant who acts as a trusted advisor to proactively address issues within existing customer and partner solutions, and identify opportunities for new solutions.The role involves acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on the Orgvue platform, collaborating with customers and partners, and helping manage risks within accounts or ongoing programs.Your primary responsibilities include conducting tenant configuration reviews, gathering requirements, recommending solutions, and providing configuration guidance aligned with best practices.
