This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE to work on complex, high-value disputes with a global reach, all from the heart of the South West.The RoleThis role offers exposure to some of the most challenging and rewarding construction disputes in the market. You'll be working with a diverse client base including contractors, employers, and construction professionals across transport, energy, infrastructure, and engineering projects. Key responsibilities include:Advising on litigation, arbitration, and adjudicationsHandling proceedings before the TCC and other dispute resolution forumsWorking with NEC, FIDIC, and other standard form contractsCollaborating with real estate and non-contentious construction teamsAdvising on regulatory changes and professional risk issuesSupporting enforcement actions in foreign jurisdictionsContributing to business development and marketing initiatives in BristolCandidate RequirementsWe're looking for a solicitor who brings:3-6 years' PQE in construction disputesExperience at a leading insurance and/or construction law firmStrong working knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contractsFamiliarity with adjudication and TCC proceduresExposure to international arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, UCTA)Fire safety experience (desirable)Excellent academic background and commercial acumenA collaborative, proactive approach and enthusiasm for client engagementWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in the Bristol office, with hybrid working options available.
