We're seeking to recruit a Senior Associate to join our "First-rate" (Legal 500) Construction & Engineering practice, focusing on construction related disputes, including litigation, adjudication, and arbitration. **The Team**: Part of one of the UK's largest construction practices, our Contentious Construction team works at the forefront of an array of key sectors, including energy and utilities, transport, real estate and infrastructure, nationally and internationally. Having recently made several new recruits, our contentious offering is going from strength to strength and is seeking a senior hire to support our continuing growth. The team regularly supports clients in navigating complex legal landscapes, utilising experience across a broad range of dispute resolution methods including: - Adjudication; - International and domestic arbitration; - Pre-Action Protocol for construction and engineering disputes; - Litigation in the Technology and Construction Court; - Strategic troubleshooting advice on legal and contractual issues arising throughout the project life-cycle; - Industry specific procedures such as Expert Determination and Conciliation; - Expert Determination; and - Mediation.
