Key Responsibilities Implement person-centred support plans, promote independence, manage risks and encourage relationships while ensuring legal and best practice compliance. Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centred records. Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration. Maintain a safe, clean‑living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
