They are responsible for conceptualizing developing and executing high-impact visual campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring they align with client objectives and the agency's creative standards.This position requires a balance of strategic thinking strong design expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of designers copywriters and other creative professionals toward delivering innovative and visually compelling work.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative LeadershipDevelop original innovative visual concepts for advertising campaigns ensuring they resonate with the target audience and client objectives.Lead brainstorming sessions and concept development in collaboration with copywriters designers and creative strategists.Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency and adhere to client guidelines.Present creative ideas and campaign visuals to internal teams and clients confidently and persuasively.Act as a mentor and coach to junior designers and creative team members fostering their growth and development.Project ManagementOversee the visual direction of projects from concept to completion including design production and delivery.Collaborate closely with the account management strategy and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of assets.Allocate resources and delegate tasks effectively to optimize team productivity.Review and approve final designs before delivery to clients.Client CollaborationParticipate in client meetings to understand project goals challenges and brand positioning.Provide creative recommendations that strategically align with client objectives and market trends.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted creative partner.Innovation & TrendsStay up-to-date with emerging design trends tools and technologies to keep the agency's work fresh and relevant.Champion innovation by integrating new visual techniques digital formats and creative storytelling approaches into campaigns.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts Advertising or a related field.5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design role.Proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns across multiple channels (print digital social OOH etc.).Creative & Technical SkillsExceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects etc.).Strong understanding of typography color theory layout and visual hierarchy.Knowledge of digital and interactive design principles.Ability to translate strategic briefs into compelling creative concepts.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering polished high-quality work.Adaptability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Key SkillsApple KeynoteGraphic DesignIllustrationPhotographyAdobe Creative SuiteDigital designMayaWeb DesignAdobe DreamweaverAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignExperience: yearsVacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
