Employee Relations Specialist / London / Hybrid / £520 per day
Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced Financial Services environment? We’re seeking a skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our UK HR team and help shape the future of employee relations across our business.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on ER matters including performance management, grievances, disciplinary issues, and sickness absence.
Lead and manage core ER processes and investigations, drafting outcome letters and recommendations.
Coach and upskill managers in ER best practices, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
Deliver ER training to HR and line managers.
Stay abreast of UK employment law and ensure compliance across policies and procedures.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a positive ER culture.
Support ER projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What You’ll Bring:
Extensive ER experience within Financial Services.
Strong case management skills and a deep understanding of UK employment law.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
Analytical mindset with sound judgment in complex situations.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
