FUTURE GENERATION TRUST Willows Primary Academy Angelsey Road Lichfield WS13 7NU 01543 421830 Head Teacher: Miss Emma Leake Job Title: Temporary Teaching Assistant - Key Stage 1 (am) and SEN Provision (pm) Salary: Scale 2, term time only, 27.5 hours per week Actual salary: £16,255 per annum Start date: Monday 5th January 2026 End date: Friday 17th July 2026 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant with a passion for, and understanding of, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs. You will be working with our Year 1 and Year 2 children each morning. In the afternoons, you will provide targeted support for SEND pupils with identified additional needs, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
