If you are an ambitious Bid Coordinator looking for a new challenge in civil construction and would like to help shape future of STRABAG, then please read the below job description.Excellentorganisational and coordination skills - at least 1-2 years’ experiencefrom a similar role.HND/Degree-leveleducation in a relevant discipline, such as marketing, business, graphicdesign, engineering, etc.Goodknowledge of the construction industry (planning, design, contracts,commercial, site operations, etc.) is advantageous.STRABAG - Work On Progress: Becoming Climate Neutral by 2040.You will be an integral part of the Business Developmentand bid team(s) to enable the submission of UK-wide pre-qualifications,tenders, and presentation material to pre-determined deadlines and to aconsistently high standard. You will maintain and develop the standardinformation used for quality bids and company accreditations in the centralknowledge library. You will monitor portals for updates on opportunities andmaintain and update key client/pipeline data via the central company systems.Businessdevelopment coordination – liaise with BD representatives in businessunits to ensure external portals and platforms are regularly monitored andthat any suitable opportunities are recorded on the internal pipelinedatabases (STRAthek, CRM etc), and run regular reports to ensure theinternal data is kept up to date.Liaisewith relevant stakeholders and maintain the standard body of informationto keep company-wide UK accreditations (Constructionline, Achilles andAcclaim) up to date and verified. Contribute to Pre-Qualifications withstandard responses.Workwith bid managers to coordinate the tender process within the biddeliverables plan and ensure compliance. Track activities, with clearmilestones and deadlines. Maintain all submission-related documentation.Carry out document management and file setup duties including managingSharePoint access/permissions. Organise progress meetings for the bidteam, and manage client information and feedback via allocatedportals/inbox, etc.Maintainboth internal and external documentation throughout the bid period,uploading bid queries and distributing bid amendments and query responsesas required. Monitor opportunities portal, make enquiries and circulatedetails as required.Undertakeformatting, proofing, collating and upload of final submission responses.Manageand collate standard submissions information, such as case studies, CVs,and project information, and conduct research from a wide range ofsources.
